Einstein Copilot is an AI-powered virtual assistant that makes things easier. It automates tasks, provides insights, and integrates conversational AI into your CRM.
It integrates seamlessly with the Salesforce ecosystem, enhancing user experience and helping you make smarter decisions with its predictive analytics and insight-packed data.
Now, here’s where it gets interesting. You know how some AI assistants don’t get it because they lack the right company data? Well, Einstein Copilot is different. It lets Salesforce users generate responses using their own private and trusted data while maintaining strict data governance and without requiring expensive AI model training.
With Einstein Copilot, you can do it all. It can answer queries, summarize content, generate new content, interpret complex conversations, and automate tasks dynamically, all from a single, user-friendly interface embedded directly within Salesforce’s top AI CRM applications.
Salesforce’s big dream with Einstein Copilot? It’s to totally transform CRM by fusing AI smarts with human know-how. The goal? Boost productivity and forge even stronger customer bonds.
How Does Einstein Copilot Work?
Think of Einstein Copilot like this: At its core, it has a conversational UI, a super smart language model, and loads of reliable company data.
Central to Copilot’s operation is the Einstein Trust Layer, a foundation that keeps everything top-notch regarding privacy, security, and playing fair with AI. It guards against bias, maintains data confidentiality, and ensures all interactions align with the company’s commitment to user trust and safety. It’s their way of ensuring you can rely on Copilot to handle your data the right way.
Through its features and trust-centric approach, Einstein Copilot will transform how businesses interact with their data and make complex tasks more manageable.
Copilot stands out from the crowd because you can tweak it to do what you need. It is powered by Prompt Builder, which helps you create and manage natural language prompts used to interact with Copilot in the front end—it’s all part of a package called Einstein 1 Studio.
What Makes Einstein Possible?
Breaking Down Einstein 1 Studio
Einstein 1 Studio has a trio of cool tools: the Prompt, Model, and Copilot Builder. These will let Salesforce pros build templated AI solutions to roll out to their users. Salesforce has made many big bets over the last few years, but this feels like the beginning of something huge.
1. COPILOT BUILDER, now out in beta, allows you to customize the user side of the Einstein Copilot chatbot. It’s like having a toolbox to play with – you get to mix and match tools like Apex, Flow, and MuleSoft APIs, along with generative AI components, to create your own custom functionality.
So, Copilot is that digital buddy who is always there to help while you’re getting things done. With custom actions, you can tackle those time-consuming tasks way faster.
On one Salesforce demo, they asked Copilot to craft and send an SMS using a Flow action.
2. PROMPT BUILDER is seriously something to get excited about. It’s now generally available (GA). Here’s the kicker: You can create templated, reusable prompts that can go everywhere in your org using existing functionality such as Custom Buttons and Flow.
3. MODEL BUILDER is about choosing the suitable large language model (LLM) for whatever you’re working on instead of other solutions, such as ChatGPT. Salesforce thinks it’s going to be a huge deal down the line as specific AI models develop and businesses build out their own LLMs.
