Jure Mikuž pointed out that the key to successful growth is staying ahead of the curve. Too often, startups experience rapid growth without proper organizational structure, leading them to challenges and difficulties that are hard to correct later. So it’s crucial to innovate, adapt to changes, and plan ahead continuously.
Anita Lovše confirmed that daily updates of structure and processes are essential for success, but finding the right balance can be a challenge. It’s important to understand that implementing changes is a process, and everyone moves at their own pace. However, surrounding yourself with supportive individuals and outstanding team members is the key to professional (and personal) success. With a strong support system, success is not in question.
