Daniel Bogoev

Gecko Solution Architect

Daniel Bogoev is a Gecko Solution Architect. With more than 20 years of experience in the HR Application community and IT industry, as well as working with various applications and HR administrators throughout his career, Daniel has gained an understanding of HR complexity and user requirements. He has managed implementations projects at large companies (e.g. A1 Slovenija and A1 Serbia) as well as product development to further enhance HR Applications. His deep consulting and implementation knowledge of Gecko HRM were recognized many times as key differentiators, which helped clients successfully finish difficult transitions to new HRM systems in their companies.

Nel Hrepevnik

Gecko Solution Consultant

Nel Hrepevnik is a Gecko Solution Consultant. She is a key member of the Gecko Product functional development team and an implementation project manager. She has been involved with Gecko Product implementation for several years, taking the lead with many of the projects, both local (e.g. HS Plus) and international (e.g. MTU Serbia). With a background in Psychology and experience with implementation she has a unique understanding of user needs and different HR processes.
