The construction of the solution is performed according to the agile methodology in bigger steps with the so-called “sprints”. Every sprint represents a shorter period (until 14 days) within the framework of which we implement the agreed functionalities. The sprint is finished with the presentation and the test of the solution within the framework of the narrower projecting team of the customer.
The key ingredient for a successful implementations is the regular and transparent communications between the project teams as well as key stake holders. In addition to regular weekly project status meeting we also recommend monthly project committee steering meetings, to check, everything is running smoothly. Implementation phase is finished with accesptance testing and the customer’s confirmation of the solution, based on the scope defined in Blueprint phase.
Good User Experience is one of the most important elements when going live with a new solution. In Agilcon, we realize the importance and pay special attention to this step. We always include the final users in user testing scenarios during the Blueprint and Implementation phase. That way, we inspire and educate them, to become the “ambassadors” among other users. In the final phases we also perform education according to the “train the trainer” method.
If necessary, we prepare study materials which can include classical user instructions or video tutorials, which show the use cases of individual modules of solutions. In the first days of the go live phase, our entire team is standing by for a quick assistance to the users when questions on various functionalities and modules emerge.
