General Terms and Conditions of Participation in the Prize Game.
- General provisions
Organizer of the prize game “Safely through turbulence with Gecko” is the company Agilcon d.o.o., Letališka cesta 32, 1000 Ljubljana (hereinafter referred to as: the Organizer of the prize game). The prize game takes place on October 21, at the Revitalizing HR conference, organized by FDHR (hereinafter referred to as: the Event organizer). The prize game is not sponsored by the Event organizer and is not affiliated with it as a company. All information provided by the user is received by the Organizer of the prize game.
- Terms of participation in the prize game
All attendees of the HR conference, with the exemption of the contest organizers, can participate in the prize game. Individuals under the age of 18 must obtain parental permission to participate in the prize game. Visitors to the Revitalizing HR conference are able to participate in the prize game via the QR code by visiting the website https://www.getfeedback.com/r/Rsqtg/ and entering the required information in the online form.
- The course of the prize game and the announcement of the winners
Answer the questions correctly and participate in the draw for prizes. The draw will take place at the location of the event, i.e. at the Hilton Malta Conference Centre. The conditions for participation are fulfilled by every participant of the prize game who answered all the questions correctly. A random drawing of prize winners will take place during each break at the event, and the organizer of the prize game will announce the prize winners on the TV screen of their exhibition space. By participating in the prize game, all participants agree that their names will be published on the TV screen. The prize game ends on Friday, October 21, 2022.
- Draw results, prizes and prize collection
The names of all prize winners will be announced on the TV screen of the exhibition space of the organizer of the prize game, and each prize winner is responsible for receiving the prize. Proof of the winner’s identity is a condition for delivering the prize to the recipient, so before delivering the prize, the organizer of the prize game has the right to check the identity of the recipient. Prizes are not transferable, monetary payment of prizes and prize exchange are not possible.

- Taxes and advance payment of income tax
For prizes up to a value of 42 €, advance income tax is not deducted, and the value of the prize is also not included in the tax base of the recipient. In accordance with the Tax Procedure Act, the winner is obliged to inform the organizer of the tax number also in case of receiving a prize up to a value of 42 €. The organizer will send the prize winner a message by e-mail about the value of the prize and the amount of the tax advance paid. All winners who will receive a notification are obliged to declare this in their income tax return. The organizer is not responsible for taxes that may arise in connection with any other prizes.
- Responsibility
The organizer bears no responsibility, nor does it take part in disputes regarding the ownership of drawn prizes. Any disputes related to the rights regarding the ownership of the drawn prizes will have no effect on the rule that the organizer awards the prize to the person who has sent their information to the organizer in accordance with these rules. In accordance with the rules, the organizer will deliver the prize to the person of the user or to its officially authorized person, whose data will be provided in the completed online form. The organizer assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any damage that may occur as a result of accepting and using the prize, which the participants expressly agree to by joining this Prize game. The organizer does not assume any responsibility for non-functioning or incomplete functioning of the Internet connection of the participant or non-functioning of the service, which is the result of incorrect use or ignorance of the use of the services. In case of circumstances beyond the organizer’s control (force majeure), the organizer may cancel the Prize game. They must inform the participants about this through the media. In such a case, they shall not be responsible to participants for possible damage.
- Rules of the prize game
By participating in the prize game, participants confirm that they are familiar with these rules and undertake to act in accordance with the rules of the prize game. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, these rules shall be considered as primary in relation to any other publication, whether in print, electronic or any other form. The rules and general conditions of this prize game are available at this link and on the website of the prize content, which participants can access via QR code or link. The organizer reserves the right to change the rules if this is required by reasons of a technical or commercial nature or reasons on the part of the public. The organizer will inform participants about all changes and novelties of the prize game at its exhibition area at the location of the event, all complaints are handled by the Organizer of the prize game. In case of well-founded complaints, the organizer undertakes to resolve them as soon as possible and to inform the participant about this.
- Personal data protection
By participating in the prize game, the participant of the prize game allows the Organizer of the prize game to collect, process and store the provided personal data, in accordance with the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR) and the Protection of Personal Data Act (ZVOP-1), specifically only for the purpose of the implementation of the prize game. The personal data collected are: first name, last name, name of the company from which the participant comes, email address and telephone number. The organizer of the prize game undertakes not to distribute personal data to third parties. The organizer of the prize game will be the personal data controller for the purposes of organization and implementation of the prize game.
