After 10 years of successful implementation of Salesforce solutions throughout the region and branching out to Croatia in 2020, Agilcon has opened the door of our first Belgrade office. This was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate with our clients, partners, friends and many business leaders from all over the region and present our ambitious plans for the future.

Using CRM and HR tools has direct impact on the quality of the relationship with clients and business results of the company. This is something our existing clients already know and some of them shared their experiences on our panel. Why and how they started with Salesforce and Gecko implementation and chose Agilcon was discussed by Igor Sabljak, Director of Customer Experience Management in Tehnomanija, Jasmina Kaluđerović, Field Sales Manager in Milšped; Natalija Pešić, Head of HR in A1 Serbia, while Kosta Andric, Partner ICT HUB & ICT HUB Venture talked about the importance of digitalisation and what are typical challenges in that process.
