Korana prefers to spend her free time reading Scandinavian crime stories. Growing up, her favorite series was Poirot. Seafood is her favorite food and she has even tried a stew made from sea cucumbers, which she believes is one of the most exotic dishes. On her “bucket-list” is a visit of South African. She is a Customer Success Manager at Agilcon,  with the main responsibility making sure our customer are satisfied.

Tilen is a developer at Agilcon. In his free time he enjoys nature albeit walking or running. His favorite cartoon from his childhood is Tom & Jerry. He likes to eat well and enjoys hot and spicy food. The most exotic food he has ever tested is roasted pork brain. If he had a superpower it would be flying, probably to make sure he can stay above  the millipedes which are his greatest fear.

In our team Katja represents the color of the Faculty of Educations where she finished a double major of computer science and mathematics. She is a central part of the Gecko HRM implementation team, where she is responsible for the development of new modules and functionalities intended for the successful management and education of the employees. Her moto is that no challenge is too difficult for her, well unless she has to put away clean dishes into the upper shelves of our cabinets.

Jan joined our team a little over a year ago as a brand new graduate from the Faculty of Computer and Information Science. He is an indispensable part of the Gecko team, responsible for the planning and development of more advanced and highly complex modules in our Gecko HRM application. In his free time he likes to play volleyball and is fond of animals – mostly cats which he and his dog Bacio like to chase across the meadows. His motto is: “Fake it till you make it!”

Working on interesting projects, team spirit and mentorship programs enable rapid career and professional development of individuals.

We realize that our employees are our greatest wealth. Therefore, the growth of our coworkers is of essential significance. Quarterly objectives, additional training at conferences, Salesforce certifications, and traveling abroad are constantly on our “menu”.

We understand our employees have obligations outside the office such as school, family, sports and other activities, therefore we are a proponent of flexible hours. Officially our office hours are from 9AM to 5PM, although don’t be surprised to see our employees sipping coffee before 7AM.

We are located at Bravničarjeva ulica 13 in Ljubljana. The office is located near the major highways, making it easily accessible. For residents of Ljubljana public bus transportations is available (LPP No. 8, 1 and 25).

Employees hang out and eat lunch together, the smell of pancakes in the office is a common occurrence on Friday’s. As far as team building we try to be creative, from Go-Karts, Bowling,  Escape Rooms, to picnics at the Seashore. Of course we must not forget our Christmas party which in the last few years has been hosted in a VIP lounge at one of the bigger annual concert events in Slovenia. We never run out of ideas: Check it out!
