Thank you for being with us at the first edition of the AdriatiCON! Agilcon and Salesforce regional conference 2022 was held under the slogan “Keep Winning – inspiring innovation and growth in turbulent times.
More than 20 speakers from the Salesforce and HR community shared first-hand experience, ideas, and breakthrough CRM and HRM solutions to help us get our businesses through the harsh times ahead and put our customers and employees first. If you didn’t participate at this year’s conference, you can access AdriatiCON 2022 video library for free and watch all the lectures that were held.
We are proud to bring together leading experts from the fields of CRM, marketing, and HR and attract more than 200 domestic and international experts who, through a series of lectures, panels, and real case examples, discussed business challenges and opportunities in the future. Also, all who joined us had the chance to learn more about our best projects and to see a live demonstration of Salesforce and Gecko HRM technology.
The conference was opened by Hrvoje Supić, vice president of the Salesforce company for Central and Eastern Europe, with a lecture entitled “Transformations That Matter” about digital trends and transformations that companies in the region are undergoing.
Our HR Keynote, Moira Homan, Human Resources Director at Podravka, guided us through the perfect HR storm and presented global trends such as workforce migration, imbalance of supply, and demand of talents influencing our region.
We also followed two interesting panel discussions in which more detailed insights were presented into the demands of customers, users, and employees today.
