Gecko Solution Architect
Daniel Bogoev is a Gecko Solution Architect. With more than 20 years of experience in the HR Application community and IT industry, as well as working with various applications and HR administrators throughout his career, Daniel has gained an understanding of HR complexity and user requirements. He has managed implementations projects at large companies (e.g. A1 Slovenija and A1 Serbia) as well as product development to further enhance HR Applications. His deep consulting and implementation knowledge of Gecko HRM were recognized many times as key differentiators, which helped clients successfully finish difficult transitions to new HRM systems in their companies.
Principal Solution Consultant
Iva Krajnc is a Principal Solution Consultant for Gecko HRM. She has been actively engaged in the HR transformation and digitalization world for the past 9 years and has gained vast international experience in the meantime. She has built her expertise through several roles in the global roll-out of a new HR system for Philips International BV, where she was actively involved in the process design, and led all end-user communication and training activities, reaching 100,000 employees globally. In Agilcon, she is a key contributor to the functional development of the Gecko Product and a scrum master. In addition, she leads implementation projects for slovenian (e.g. GEN-I) and multinational clients (e.g. Login5 Foundation).
